Eligibility Criteria:-
Educational Qualifications:-
- Engineering Disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture, Robotics):-
A candidate should possess a full-time B.E./B. Tech degree from a recognized University or equivalent CGPA with a minimum of 60% marks (First class). - Finance Discipline:-
A candidate should be a Graduate and have qualification of Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICMAI).
The Final-year students can also apply, provided they can produce proof of their qualification while joining.
Age Limit (as of 31st July 2025):-
- UR / General – 28 Years
- OBC-NCL – 31 Years
- SC / ST – 33 Years
Relaxations applicable as per the Govt. of India guidelines.
Pay Scale & Salary Structure:-
Pay Scale: ₹ 40,000 – 3% – ₹ 1,40,000 (IDA – revised 2017,Grade E-1)
CTC:
- During Management Trainee period: ₹ approx 11.65 LPA
- After absorption as an Assistant Manager: approx 15.40 LPA
