Vacancy Details:-
Recruitment is for Grade A Engineers/Officers, specifically in the following Engineering disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
The exact number of vacancies would depend on the requirements of the business. The selected candidates will be posted in India on various projects in all aspects of business including refineries, pipelines, marketing units, and business development.
Eligibility Criteria:-

| 1-65% marks for General/EWS/OBC (NCL) 2-55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD | |
| Candidates who have pursued dual degrees (BE + ME) or have completed an integrated ME/MTech with full-time qualifications are also eligible, based on the respective grading rules. | PwBD/Ex-servicemen: Relaxations to be guided by government norms |
| Candidates who are in the final year can apply as long as they provide proof of passing their degree by 31st October 2025. |
Selection Process:-
The selection process consists of Computer Based Test (CBT), Group Discussion (GD) or Group Task (GT), and Personal Interview (PI).

Shortlisting criteria:-

- CBT – 85% weightage
- GD/GT – 5%
- PI – 10%
Pay Scale and Benefits:-
The selected candidates will be appointed as Grade A Officers in the pay scale of INRs. 50,000 – INRs. 1,60,000.
Total approximate CTC of Rs. 17.7 lakhs per annum
Other perks: DA for cost of living, House Rent Allowance, medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity, leave travel concession, insurance coverage, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
Candidates will need to sign a service bond of :-
- Service bond of Rs. 3,00,000 for General/OBC/EWS
- Service bond of Rs. 50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD
